Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on https://homedecorgoals.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content on our site.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Response Time
We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 business hours. Content found to be infringing will be removed or disabled.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
False Claims
Knowingly false DMCA claims are subject to liability under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
